Superintendent - High-End Custom Homes & Historic Restorations

The Responsibilities of the Superintendent: * Oversee day-to-day site operations for 4-5 concurrent residential projects.

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

* Coordinate closely with the Owner and project stakeholders to align goals and expectations.

* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

* Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

* Lead problem-solving on site, anticipating and addressing issues efficiently.

* Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and the project team.

The Successful Applicant The Successful Superintendent for this Role: * 3-5 years of experience as a Residential Superintendent.

* Proven background in managing multiple high-end residential or historic restoration projects.

* Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required - no training provided). * Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

* Team-oriented personality - thrives in a collaborative environment.

* Must be commutable to Hyde Park, MA, and able to travel to project locations across Greater Boston and Eastern MA (including Provincetown).
