Commercial Construction - Superintendent - Greenville

The Commercial Construction - Superintendent - Greenville will be expected to: * Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines.

* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is completed to specifications.

* Resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely and effective manner.

* Foster a positive work environment and maintain open lines of communication among all team members.

The Successful Applicant The succesful Commercial Construction - Superintendent - Greenville candidate will have: * Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Proficient in construction management software and tools.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

* OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
