Project Superintendent - Denver

Oversee all construction activities and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and ensuring that all workers follow safety protocols.

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on project timelines, budget, and quality control.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials.

* Manage project budget and expenses, including reviewing and approving invoices and change orders.

* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements.

The Successful Applicant * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in the building and construction industry.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work within a team.

* Solid understanding of construction techniques, methods, and best practices.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.
