Working Hours:

Summer Schedule

MondayFriday: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00

Saturday: 10:0019:00

️ Winter Schedule

MondayFriday: 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00

Saturday: 11:0020:00

Days Off: Sunday + 1 variable day

Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat

Resolve inquiries effectively and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain service quality and follow company procedures

Requirements:

Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English

Based in Turkey

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Prior customer service experience is a plus
