Superintendent Tilt Wall/ Tenant Improvement

Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

* Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges.

* Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and material records.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.

* Train and mentor on-site staff to promote a high-performing team environment.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: * Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and stakeholders.

* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
