Lead and coordinate all on site construction activities: site prep, foundation, structure, MEP, finishes, landscaping, etc.
* Develop, maintain, and adhere to project schedules; manage look ahead schedules with subcontractors.
* Oversee subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors - ensure performances meet specs & deadlines.
* Enforce safety protocols (OSHA and local rules), conduct safety meetings, maintain a culture of safety.
* Quality control: review work regularly, ensure adherence to drawings, specs, codes, and workmanship standards.
* Manage inspections, coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), ensure compliance.
* Track cost performance, monitor budget variances, report issues proactively.
* Maintain daily logs, RFI's, change orders, submittals, and documentation.
* Among leadership, act as the main point of contact on site for Project Management, Owner/Developer, and design/engineering where needed.
* Problem solving: anticipate issues, drive resolution to avoid delays or budget overruns.

The Successful Applicant * Minimum 7 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in multifamily / residential multifamily (mid rise or high rise preferable). * Demonstrated track record in projects of similar scale & complexity in South Florida is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of building systems: structure, concrete, framing, MEP, finishes.
* Proficiency with construction management / scheduling software (Procore, MS Project / Primavera, etc.). * Valid OSHA safety certification(s) (OSHA 30 preferred). * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to read plans, specifications, and interpret building codes.
* Strong experience with permitting and local AHJ processes in Broward/Palm Beach counties is a plus.
