The Superintendent will be expected to: * Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.

* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and workflow.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.

* Resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

* Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

* Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and project success.

* Travel regularly between Denver and the Western Slopes as required by project needs.

The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: * Proven experience managing construction projects, including scheduling and quality control.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.

* Ability to travel regularly between Denver and the Western Slopes.

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
