Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Site Leadership Lead and motivate field teams to deliver a clean, efficient, and high-performing jobsite that reflects craftsmanship and accountability.

* Field Operations Oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day execution to keep the project on time and on plan.

* Safety & Quality Enforce jobsite safety protocols, maintain documentation, and ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project standards.

* Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary on-site contact for owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners, building trust and alignment.

* Schedule & Planning Anticipate challenges, drive weekly planning, and partner with the Project Manager to maintain schedule certainty and budget adherence.

* Site Logistics Manage site layout, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
