Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We’re hiring LMHCs to provide virtual counseling services to clients across New York. This position focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and daily life stressors through structured, goal-driven therapy.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one telehealth counseling.

Assess client needs and implement treatment plans.

Keep thorough notes and documentation.

Adjust care strategies as progress develops.

Join virtual meetings for collaboration and support.

Requirements

Current LMHC license in New York.

Master’s degree in counseling or related field.

2+ years of counseling experience preferred.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms.
