Your Responsibilities
Respond courteously and efficiently to inbound calls, sharing marketing materials related to Medicare plans.
Utilize available resources to ensure first-call resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop a strong understanding of Medicare plans, including their benefits and features.
Send informational brochures through mail or email as needed.
Collect caller and enrollment information accurately and input data into multiple systems.
Deliver a professional and consultative experience through effective listening and communication skills.
Uphold our ethical standards in every interaction.
Collaborate closely with internal and external consumer customers.
What You Bring to the Table
Valid and active health insurance license (must have at least 3 months before expiration)
Over one year of Medicare sales experience preferred
Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA regulations
Exceptional customer service and data entry skills
Strong analytical skills, great listening ability, and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with computer applications and navigating different interfaces
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
One year or more of inbound call center experience preferred
Prior experience in medical or health insurance is a plus
Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
Open to constructive feedback and focused on self-improvement
Requirements for the Role
Active health insurance license with at least 3 months until expiration
Must reside in North Carolina
A personal Windows 11 Operating System with a webcam and USB headset is required (equipment not provided)
Stable, wired internet connection
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient communication in English, both oral and written
Professional grammar skills
Successful completion of all assessments and system checks is mandatory
