Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Exchange, etc.).
Develop SQL scripts and Power BI reports.
Support system process improvement and implementation.
Analyse data to support strategic business decisions.
Provide first-line IT support and problem-solving.
Collaborate with UK-based senior management and technical teams.Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI report building.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service/Sales/Customer Service) highly beneficial.
Logical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
