Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is now hiring Full Time, Part Time & Seasonal PRN Advanced Practice Providers to Join the Team in the ED at AdventHealth Port Charlotte

IES seeks Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners with at least one year of post grad clinical experience in the Emergency Department.

Emergency Department:

Volume: 30,400

ED Beds: 34

Admission Rate: 25%

Transfer Rate: 2%; largely trauma, Neurosurgery and Pediatrics

Patients/Hour: 2.2

Physician Coverage: 6a-3p, 1p-10p, 9p-6a

APP Coverage: M-F 10a-10p, 39-MID; Sat-Sun 10a-10p, 3p-1a

EHR: Epic

Hospital: (strong specialty support)

Cardiovascular Surgery/Cardiothoracic Surgery (run the codes outside of ED)

Interventional Cardiology

Internal Medicine/Geriatrics

Orthopedics

Gastroenterology

Psychiatry

Hospital Medicine (handle admissions)

Required Qualifications:

One or more years post-graduate professional clinical experience in hospital Emergency Department

Board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

FL license

DEA certificate

ACLS

Compensation

W2: $60-80/hr (rate based on level of ED experience)
