Summary:

Seeking a sharp and motivated Litigation Attorney to join a high-performing legal team handling complex civil and commercial matters from start to finish. This role offers exposure to sophisticated cases, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop within a nationally recognized firm known for its collaborative culture and global reach.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution

• Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Conduct and respond to written discovery and depositions with limited supervision

• Collaborate with partners and clients to build case strategy and achieve objectives

• Provide creative, practical solutions aligned with client goals

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as assigned

Experience You’ll Need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• 3–5+ years of litigation experience

• Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing

• Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills

• Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong communication and client service mindset

• Judicial clerkship experience highly desirable but not required
