Labourer:Manufacturing & Construction

Location: Wirral (CH44)

Salary: £15 hour (£14 during trial) + Regular Overtime Available 1.5x

Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4.30pm/Friday 8am-3.30pm

Our client is a well-established engineering and manufacturing company in the Wirral. They deliver high-quality structural steelwork, staircases, handrails, and bespoke architectural steel solutions for industrial and residential projects. They are known for reliability, quality, and a commitment to staff development, offering paid in-house and external training.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery: cutting, drilling, punching, bending

Assist tradesmen on-site and in the workshop

Maintain workshop cleanliness and machine upkeep

Prepare equipment and materials for next day’s work

Follow Health & Safety procedures

Load and unload wagons using forklift or crane

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Must be local to the Wirral, CH44 area

CSCS card preferred but not essential

IPAF license preferred but not essential

Driving licence preferred but not essential
