LG Purchasing & Procurement Specialist (sostituzione maternità)

About the role:

We are looking for a brilliant candidate who will join Chloé's Supply Chain team in Scandicci supporting purchasing & procurement activities with focus on material management for the leather product through the ERP system (SAP) and constantly communicating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Production Planning, Industrialization and Quality Team to ensure that workflow respects delivery time, cost and product quality.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You’ll support our team in:

Delivering orders of materials and accessories on SAP ensuring the stock on hand and checking the progress of the purchased one

Planning of all tests with suppliers interfacing with the supplier to check ready materials and collaborating with testers for inspection

Reviewing and updating BOMs on SAP

Entering material prices on SAP

Managing inbound and outbound logistics flow

Analysing and monitoring of warehouse stock and leftover through reporting

Actively communicating with suppliers to source materials needed to create the production master

Follow-up of purchase orders with tanneries and suppliers of metal accessories, textiles etc;

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Degree in Economics/Engineering or similar field

+2 years of experience in Supply Chain in the Luxury field

Good command of ERP system (SAP)

Good English knowledge;

Attitude for managing priorities

Attitude to teamwork, problem solving
