**Eligibility Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or relevant manufacturing/plant engineering background.

- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; relevant licenses required where applicable.

- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, with strong meter skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and AB software is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, train, and oversee a team.

- Physically capable of performing essential tasks in various plant areas and conditions.
