CORA’s Clinical Services Division is currently seeking a Part-time Behavioral Health Technicians - ABA (ABA-BHTs) to work with children during after school and evening hours. SCHEDULE:
Mondays - Fridays from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Compensation:
$16.83/hour with HS Diploma
$17.96/hour with BA Degree

In addition, as an after school Behavioral Health Technician - ABA, your duties will include:
Foster a therapeutic relationship with clients, supporting their needs and addressing their goals in home, school, and community settings.
Implement ABA interventions best matched to the individual to help them achieve the goals delineated in their treatment plan.
Collect behavioral data as directed by an ABA clinician to assist in the client's development of necessary skills.
Provide behavior management and support, including prevention and de-escalation, to improve the client's behavioral functioning.
Participate in regular supervision meetings to ensure treatment strategies are effectively implemented.
Document client service delivery consistently in a complete and timely manner.
Participate in mandatory training and competencies assessments to ensure quality of care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year of professional experience providing behavioral health services or related work with children.
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field preferred (ex., ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education)
With a High School diploma or equivalent, additional on-the-job training is required.
Understanding of behavior modification theory and implementation of interventions is a plus.
40-hour RBT Training after or upon hire required

Ability to accept feedback and respond proactively to supervision.
Strong attention to detail, especially in recording/collecting data.
