Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Meaningful Work in Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

Work alongside care teams to assess and refine treatment plans.

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Help clients build coping strategies for long-term success.

Engage in professional networking and outreach efforts.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health settings.
