Role Description

Production Systems Assistants (PSA) are responsible for tracking and recording the flow of all ingredients, materials, and work-in-process going in and out of all production rooms. They are responsible for assisting the production team in keeping operations running continually.

Specific Responsibilities:

Issue raw-ingredients and materials for each production room using Parity Factory

Produce and release in-work pallets and baskets from production to HPP using Parity Factory

Assist Batcher in weighing, adding, and mixing ingredients in tanks as needed

Catch cups and organize them in crates, boxes, and pallets as needed

Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the production room, helping to ensure all ingredients, work-in-progress, supplies, tools and equipments are used, cleaned, and stored according to the SOPs

Tactical Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industry

Ability to read and follow instructions with accuracy

Willingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of work

Ability to maintain discipline in repetitive tasks and communicate effectively with any concerns

Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment

Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, team-focused and with the ability to hold others accountable

Physical and Work Related Requirements:

Standing and walking for long periods of time

Repetitive motion for long periods of time

Bending and lifting up to 50 LB

Ability to handle allergens including peanuts and treenuts
