What You'll Do:
Responsible for driving key business initiatives for the company via operational training. Develop and oversee New Store Opening strategy and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Regional Manager with ongoing store performance and troubleshooting inclusive of financial improvements, inventory controls, labor scheduling, service standards, guest feedback, operational systems and 3rd party system performance
Responsible for assisting with all training modules and rollout workshops in collaboration with the training team inclusive of new product/promotion, Certified Training program or new operational systems. This would include follow-up training and retraining as required. Assisting the Regional Manager with maintaining all Training goals and metrics.
New Restaurant Opening onsite support through pre-opening and post-opening, in tandem with Training Team
Responsible for performing regional evaluations or audits on Brand Standards, Health & Safety, Service or Operational systems
Assist with Local Store Marketing programs and efforts in tandem with Field or corporate marketing support
Assist with all recruitment, development plans set forth by Regional Manager and People / HR Department
Assist Regional Manager with temporary leadership at stores, as required due to turnover, vacation or emergency.
Assist in regional meetings, communication, and overall direction to teams
Review of weekly flash report and EOP P&L- Assistance
Ensuring consistency amongst locations
Performs other related duties as required
What We Are Looking For:
Must be to travel 40% of the time
Must be proficient in Google Suite or related programs.
Must be able to learn and train on processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
High school diploma required; College degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing
Must be able to lift up to 20-50 pounds at times
