In this role, you'll lead diverse, high-visibility projects—from retail and office complexes to industrial, healthcare, and large mixed-use developments. You'll partner directly with clients, manage project teams, and guide every phase of the process—from concept through construction—to deliver innovative, buildable, and sustainable site solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of complex commercial development projects across multiple sectors.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
Oversee all aspects of site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications, ensuring technical excellence.
Solve design and construction challenges through creative, practical engineering solutions.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active Ohio PE license.
10+ years of experience in civil/site design, ideally within commercial development.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage clients and projects.
