Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Engineer with a strong emphasis on Shell Scripting and Oracle development.

Practical working experience in a Linux environment setup and shell scripting.

Practical knowledge of Unix file systems including basics of mount types, permissions, standard tools, and pipes.

Working knowledge of Python and preferably also Perl.

Practical working experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle Exadata.

Practical working experience using ETL tools, preferably Informatica.

Practical working experience using orchestration tools, preferably Airflow with Python.

Experience with data warehouses and knowledge of the data flows involved.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with enhancing various Linux-based toolsets, scripts, jobs, and processes.

Experience identifying and implementing system/architecture improvements.
