What you'll be doing

Maintaining and fixing small problems with vacation rental homes.

Repairing and replacing light bulbs, fridges, dishwashers, sink disposals ext.

Maintaining hot tub cleanliness and checking pool chemicals.

Grounds keeping. (Mowing, watering lawns and weeding)

Helping with other Maintenance team members projects also working afternoon/evening shifts.

What you will need to be successful

Be self motivated and able to finish projects on time.

Knowledge or ability to learn pool and hot tub maintenance.

Knowledge or ability to learn electrical and plumbing.

A desire to learn.

Be able to work with a team and work alone.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate $15-18 hr depending on experience.

Onsite dorm style housing UPON AVAILABILITY (deposit of $200 and maintenance fee of $5 daily apply). Off-site pet friendly housing UPON AVAILABILITY. Full hook up RV spots or Dry RV spots UPON AVAILABILITY. All utilities included (laundry, wifi, water, power, sewer, etc).

Discounts on all resort outlets including F&B, Recreation and Lodging (20%)
