Human Resource Business Partner

HUMAND REOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER [ HRBP] career opportunity for a major Company's Manufacturing Plant located in Ft Payne, AL. 200 non union employees. Position includes all the work functions of a Manufacturing HRBP. Reports to an off site HR Leader.

Job Functions include:

• Partner with the Site Leadership Team on management of all Employees, HR Policies and Practices.

• Become a confidant of the Plant Manager.

• Coach and counsel Plant Managers and Supervisors. Work as a Consultant.

• Identify and support Change Management Initiatives.

• Help build an Employee Work Culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Degree in Human Resources or related Degree. Masters Degree a plus.

• 4 years minimum experience as an HRBP.

• Solid experience coaching / counseling Site Leaders.

• HR Policy development and interpretation experience.

• Legally authorized for US Employment.

• Proven solid Interpersonal and Communication skills.
