Your Key Responsibilities
Processing of mass and single info records and source lists (creating, deleting and updating)
Conducting mass and single price updates
Supporting annual budgeting process for Category Management (Y)PSA
Single creating and mass changes on Scheduling Agreements
Changing mass and single Material Group
Creating Single Quality Info Records
Performing mass Vendor Screen and PO changes
Daily working in ServiceNOW
Supporting non-standard reporting tasks according to business needs
Your Qualifications
Completed studies in Economics, Logistics, Finance, Management or Project Management
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
Knowledge of German is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Experience with SAP, ServiceNOW is a strong advantage
Ideally, first professional experience (e.g. internships) for Junior’s position or 1-3 year of professional experience in relevant field for Specialist’s position
Experience in Data Management, Purchasing, Analytics or other relevant field
High affinity to work with various systems
Interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder relationship management skills
Fast learner and customer-oriented person
Good analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
