We’re looking for a dynamic Operation Coordinator/Personal Assistant to the General Manager to join our leadership team at Palavra Resort, a five-star luxury destination known for its elegance, energy, and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth resort operations.
• Manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential documents for the GM.
• Follow up on pending tasks, reports, and departmental KPIs.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
• Represent the GM in meetings and ensure timely execution of assigned actions.
• Liaise with guests, suppliers, and partners professionally and discreetly.
Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality experience preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English (Arabic and/or French is a plus). • Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
