Job Description
Our client, located in Columbus, Ohio (Easton), has an immediate hiring need for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist to work in their Security Call Center.
Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls in response to bank cameras and/or alarms, not a physical response role
Ability to react quickly and efficient to any alarms or issues related to security
Two shifts available - both are 11am-7pm
Experience:
Call Center experience as it relates to security (hospital, retail, banking)
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
