Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Coordinator to join our staffing agency team! This position is based onsite at one of our client locations and serves as the key point of contact between our agency, the client company, and our workforce. You’ll manage daily staffing operations, ensure employee satisfaction, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned client account.
Serve as the primary contact for employee questions, issues, and general support.
Distribute paychecks and assist with timecard submissions.
Fill open job orders promptly by coordinating with recruiters and client supervisors.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the warehouse to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
Handle and report any safety incidents or workplace concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers and department leads.
Ensure all staffing and HR policies are followed in compliance with company standards.
Prepare and submit weekly reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in staffing, HR, or onsite account management preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, timekeeping systems, etc.).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
