Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee and drive the successful execution of projects while ensuring effective collaboration among teams and stakeholders. Your ability to manage timelines, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality results will be key to achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to meet defined objectives and timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between teams, manufacturing, engineering, lab operations, sales and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to optimize project workflows and efficiency.
• Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established protocols.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement time management and prioritization strategies to meet deadlines and achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular evaluations of project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Support deployments and transitions, ensuring smooth implementation of project deliverables.
• Strong understanding of data center thermal management technologies, including chillers, fan walls and liquid cooling systems.
• Proven experience in project management/coordination, including planning, execution, and oversight of complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing schedules, logistics, and resources for optimal project outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in time management and prioritization to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
