Job Description
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the broader accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for accuracy.
Ensure timely payment of vendor bills via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding.
Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
