Salary: Negotiable
Consult with and collaborate with clinical staff in diagnostic and treatment procedures to increase knowledge and skill development; Diagnose and treat selected mental health or substance abuse disorders of clients for improved psychosocial functioning; Provide diagnostic mental health and substance abuse assessments and effective individual, family, and group therapy to individuals and their families; Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on then current workloads and agency needs.
Approved background check; Trained in agency-approved behavior intervention techniques, CPR/first aid/human rights
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required for the position: Must have knowledge and experience in mental health disorders
Specific Credentials (Licensure/Certifications): Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LCP, LSATP) or resident in counseling/supervisee in social work REQUIRED.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education/experience/etc.) Must hold a masters degree in the behavioral sciences from an institution of higher learning and licensure
