Overview:

Our Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Bonding Machine Operator with 3–5 years of experience in foam or related manufacturing. The ideal candidate will operate bonding machines efficiently to produce high-quality foam materials while ensuring safety and consistency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor bonding machines for foam sheet lamination and joining.

Set up machines and adjust temperature, pressure, and speed settings.

Inspect bonded materials for strength, quality, and uniformity.

Perform routine maintenance and ensure smooth machine operation.

Keep accurate records of production output and report any defects or downtime.

Adhere to all safety and quality control standards.

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience on vertical & horizontal bonding or laminating machine operator (preferably in foam or plastics).

Technical or vocational training in manufacturing operations is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Willingness to work in shifts if required. Experience on lamination machine will be an added value
