The Technology Cadetship:
At Rabobank our Technology department of COO Domain plays a central role in enabling and supporting the broader organisation across Australia and New Zealand. From safeguarding our digital infrastructure to developing scalable systems and tools, the Technology department provides foundational capabilities that support security, stability, innovation and collaboration.
Passionate in supporting the next generation of female talent to gain hands-on technical knowledge and comprehensive learning, we are now inviting IT students to apply for our Women in Technology Cadetship within COO Domain.
This 3-year paid part-time cadetship is a unique opportunity for first or second-year female IT students to launch their career and pursue an exciting pathway within the technology and agribusiness banking industry.
Based in Sydney, you will rotate through part-time placements over the 3 years which will allow you to balance your university study while completing meaningful work relevant to your degree.

To be successful you will:
Be a first or second-year undergraduate student studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, etc at any university in Sydney.
Be available to start part-time employment from January 2026.
Possess a passion and interest for technology.
Are self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
Located in Sydney to so that you can work from the Sydney CBD office.
