Job Summary:
The Material Handler - Shipping is responsible for preparing, sorting, and handling materials for outbound shipments. This includes pallet building, product staging, and ensuring SKU accuracy. This role requires consistent physical activity and attention to quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Build pallets according to storage and loading specifications
Ensure all quality assurance and vendor compliance requirements are met
Physically stack and unstack pallets as needed
Maintain a consistent flow of products to and from the shipping line
Read and sort SKU numbers and product sizes for accurate loading
Perform general housekeeping duties (breaking down boxes, removing trash, sweeping)
Assist with light assembly tasks
Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Education:

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leads, and supervisors

Able to perform repetitive tasks including walking, bending, twisting, and use of hands, wrists, and arms
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Must be comfortable working in a physically active and fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to read and sort products by SKU and size
Comfortable performing physical, repetitive work throughout the shift
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and compliance
Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to perform general housekeeping and cross-functional support as needed
