Now Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Laborer

Monday - Friday 7:00AM-5:30 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday Weekends as needed

Pay: $21 per hour

Lead is looking for a Commercial Cleaning Laborer who can communicate effectively in English and Spanish to help maintain av clean, safe, and organized commercial construction jobsite.

What You’ll Do:

General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, clean windows and restrooms, and empty trash bins.

Special Tasks: Deep cleaning, moving furniture/equipment, and maintaining cleaning tools.

Maintenance: Keep carts stocked, store supplies properly, and report repair needs.

Safety First: Follow all site safety rules and use PPE appropriately.

Team Support: Assist with other duties and keep the worksite neat and orderly.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (English and [Spanish/other language])

1+ years of commercial or construction cleaning experience

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Able to lift/move heavy items and work on your feet

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must be legally eligible to work and able to follow directions in English
