Hourly Rate:$29.00
Location: Cambridge, MD
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readinessExperience Required for Your Success
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of residential property maintenance experience, with at least2 years supervising teams and vendors
Valid Driver’s License required
Strong technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty upkeep
Must betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systems
HVAC / EPA Universal Certification required
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Available foremergency on-call rotation
