Job Description

PrideStaff is working with a leader in the property management industry who is currently accepting applications for a full-time Custodians.

Custodian Duties:

Helping to keep our community in excellent condition, inside and out

Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape

Assisting with light maintenance and learning new maintenance skills

Providing customer service to current and future residents

Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment

Clearing sidewalks and common areas of snow, ice, and debrisCompany Description
