Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd Shift 10p to 7am M- F some OT . Shift differential additional $1.00 In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair motors, belts, drives, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Must be able to do the job with little supervision.

Required Experience:

You must have hands-on experience with PID loop controls (Proportional-Integral-Derivative controllers)—using them to manage process variables by adjusting inputs based on the difference between a setpoint and the actual measured value.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems (TPI)

· You will do preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, facility support

· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues (including 480V systems, motors, drives, and PID loops)

· Install, modify, and rebuild machinery and production lines

· Weld, fabricate, and assemble parts as needed

· Maintain accurate service records and support production uptime goals

· Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

You must have strong knowledge of equipment or systems you will be maintaining.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

· Experience with PLCs, drives, motors, and control systems

· MVP maintenance tracking system a PLUS

· Proficient hand tools, power tools, welders, machining equipment (HAVE YOUR OWN HAND TOOLS)
