We work with top global entertainment brands, major fashion houses, and national retailers.
About the Role:
You’ll be the CEO’s force multiplier. We’ll set the strategy together; you’ll run the play while owning executive support and cross-functional program management, so high-profile client projects move forward, decisions turn into deliverables, and the CEO’s time is protected. We’ll invest in your development and give you exposure across the company; you’ll bring ownership, precision, and speed.
This is an EA Chief of Staff track for a high performer. You’ll interface with high-profile partners - professionalism and confidentiality are non-negotiable.

What You'll Own
Inbox & Calendar Command: <24h inbox SLA, draft/triage, follow-up system, and proactive calendar design that protects 10–15 CEO hours/week.
Program & Project Management (Priority Partners): Plan work, assign owners, track timelines, surface risks, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery across sales, ops, manufacturing, and finance.
Cross-Functional Rhythms: Run weekly/bi-weekly check-ins; capture decisions/action logs; maintain OKRs/progress reviews, and a clean decision register.
Executive Communications: Prep briefs, memos, one-pagers, and decks; coordinate investor/partner updates and ensure follow-through.
Log, organize, and present data using Excel, Google Sheets, and HubSpot.
ClickUp + Analytics: Implement and administer ClickUp (workflows, templates, automations, dashboards); migrate active projects and train the team; build lightweight dashboards (ClickUp or Google Sheets) to track on-time rate, SLA compliance, and project health—highlighting insights and next actions.
Create reports and analyze trends to support decision-making.
Travel & Events: Plan itineraries, holds, confirmations, and on-site logistics for key meetings/summits.
Act as a hands-on and supporting player across the organization
Liaison Across Teams: Serve as connective tissue between CEO and manufacturing, sales, customer success, and finance.
Inventory & Supplies: Manage office/factory supplies and pick ups, vendor coordination, par levels, and cost-conscious purchasing.
Bookkeeping & Expenses: Reconcile receipts, compile expense reports, support invoices/POs with finance; maintain tidy documentation and confidentiality.
