Job Overview:
PrideStaff is looking for skilled and motivated Lead Technicians to join our Field Operations team. As
a Lead Technician, you'll lead small crews in installing advanced technology systems-including
Audio-Video, Security, Cameras, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, and Network
Cabling-across educational facilities, corporate environments, and new construction projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead small crews on technology installation projects.
Interpret technical diagrams, drawings, and equipment lists to accurately install systems.
Perform terminations, soldering, rack building, and proper cable management.
Assist with room-kitting by ensuring all equipment is correctly staged and installed.
Maintain accurate project records using company-provided tools and project management
software.
Travel to job sites throughout Ohio and surrounding states; lodging and per diem
provided.
Support the team by training new technicians and ensuring quality and safety standards
are met.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Audio-Visual, security, fire alarm, or data infrastructure
industries.
Proven ability to lead small technical teams in the field.
Strong understanding of technical diagrams, wiring standards, and equipment lists.
Proficiency with terminations, soldering, cable management, and equipment installation.
A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, train, and lead with confidence.
Relevant certifications or experience preferred:
Leadership role in a related field
Military service considered a plus
(CTS) Certified Technology Specialist
Ohio Fire Alarm Equipment License
BICSI Certification

Work Schedule:
Full-time, typical schedule is 4 ten-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) or 5 eight-hour shifts
(Monday-Friday), with occasional weekend work available. Opportunities for overtime are
frequent!
