Outside Sales Account Executive — Superior Asphalt (Tri-State)
Who We Are
Superior Asphalt is a family-owned leader in paving, sealcoating, repairs, crack filling, and line striping, serving commercial clients across the Tri-State for 16+ years.
What You’ll Do
Grow revenue by nurturing existing accounts and winning new commercial/industrial customers (property managers, HOAs, retail centers, warehouses, schools, municipalities, GCs).
Conduct site visits, gather scope details, and collaborate with estimating/operations to produce winning proposals.
Present proposals, negotiate, and close; log activity and pipeline in CRM.
Hit monthly/quarterly activity and sales targets; represent Superior Asphalt at local events and on job sites.
What You Bring
5+ years of proven B2B/outside sales experience (preferred).
Existing book of business/industry relationships is a plus.
Hunter/farmer mindset with strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.
