Finance major or accounting degree
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook ~ with strong emphasis on Excel
Ability to work independently or with auditor
Manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
Local candidate must be present Monday through Friday
Minium of 5 years’ working experience as an administrative assistant
Provide references (2)
Provide copy of degrees / certifications
5 yrs on-site work experience (no hybrids)
Manage accounts payable \manage accounts receivable
