Sales Engineer

This role calls for a true hunter someone who thrives on winning new business, managing key accounts, and providing value-driven engineering solutions.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent technical sales experience

Minimum 5 years experience in sales within mining, heavy industry, or electrical systems

Proven track record in business development and account management

Strong understanding of industrial automation, motors, drives, or control systems

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and client meetings

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in heavy industry and mining

Manage and expand existing client relationships to achieve sales targets

Present technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs
