Adhering to recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
Time Management:
Working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and manage the flow of orders.
Inventory Management:
Assisting with stocking and inventory control at the station.
Food Preparation:
Chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces, and other tasks to get ingredients ready for cooking.
Cooking:
Utilizing various cooking methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, etc.) to prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.
Essential Skills:
