What You’ll Do

Prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfers and termination.

Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.

Carry out searches for choice candidates by developing job descriptions, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.

Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance.

Ensure company recruitment processes support guidelines for equal employment opportunities.

Conduct review of personnel policies by analyzing employment related data to identify areas of improvement.
