Job Description
With a focus on customer sales and customer satisfaction, the Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries and contacts from customers, vendors, and other departments to resolve a variety of problems.
Responsibilities include:
Offer exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by promptly and accurately taking care of customer inquiries.
Promptly respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, text, and chat.
Possess a working knowledge of the products and processes used in the industries we serve or a willingness to learn.
Provide first-level education to customers about the products.
Ensure customers are aware of the products that meet their applications.
Assist customers with order entry, quote generation, and account creation.
Recognize signs of fraud and are comfortable using company fraud detection software to safely validate and release orders.
Requirements include:
High school diploma or GED
Two plus years of phone/email/chat-based customer service
Basic understanding of or ability to be trained to work with programs such as Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), an ERP system, and other web and software-based products.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Experience or understanding of HVAC/R industry a plus.Company Description
