TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead our fast-paced marine operations team. This leadership role offers growth potential and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

· Leading, mentoring, and training dispatchers

· Managing scheduling, incident reports, and invoicing

· Ensuring accuracy in duty logs, Customs documentation, and Dispatch Manager tracking

· Recruiting and onboarding new dispatchers

· Supporting membership sales and working closely with management

Qualifications:

· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Strong organizational and mentoring skills

· Ability to adapt to changing operational needs

· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and support 24/7 operations
