Requirements

Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license

Louisiana Chauffeur’s License (Class D) required or obtained before training completion

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Pass DOT physical, drug test, and background check

Excellent driving record – safety is mandatory

Must comply with Federal Commercial Vehicle Safety Standards

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate FedEx Ground delivery vehicles

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections

Deliver packages accurately and on schedule

Follow all company and federal safety procedures
