Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting various HR functions to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

· Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

· Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.

· Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.

· Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements.

· HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience.

· Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

· Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
