Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Wall Ambassadors. As a Wall Ambassador, you will be the face of our self-pour experience, helping guests navigate the self-pour wall, ensuring they have a fantastic time, and educating them about our beverage selections. This position can be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Assist guests in understanding the self-pour process and using the self-pour wall.

Provide information and recommendations about our beverage selections.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the self-pour wall.

Ensure that guests are of legal drinking age by checking IDs as required.

Educate guests about responsible drinking practices.

Answer any questions and address any concerns or issues guests may have.

Assist with setup and cleanup of the self-pour wall area.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Assisting with Duckpin bowling and dart lanes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the beverage industry is a plus.

A passion for craft beverages and a desire to share that passion with others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
